Masters Solution Ltd
(Registered in the United Kingdom – referred to as “Masters Solution Ltd”, “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms & Conditions)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all projects, services, and contracts provided by Masters Solution Ltd. By engaging with our services, you (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Masters Solution Ltd.

1. Scope of Work

​

1.1. All quotations, proposals, or estimates issued by Masters Solution Ltd are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
1.2. A detailed scope of work, including timelines, materials, and deliverables, will be agreed before commencement. Any additional work outside of the agreed scope will be subject to a revised quotation.
1.3. Masters Solution Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw from a project if it is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.

 

2. Bookings & Acceptance

2.1. A project will only be confirmed once a written acceptance (via email, contract, or signed agreement) has been received along with any required deposit.
2.2. Acceptance of a booking by Masters Solution Ltd does not constitute commencement of work until the required deposit and documentation have been received.

 

3. Payments

​

3.1. Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deposit: A minimum of 30% deposit is required to secure a project.

  • Interim Payments: For large projects, staged payments will be invoiced as work progresses.

  • Final Payment: The balance is due upon project completion and before handover of final deliverables.

3.2. Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or BACS.
3.3. All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.4. Late Payment Fees: If payment is not made within 7 days of the agreed due date, a late fee of £50 will apply per invoice, plus statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking:

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of booking (cooling-off period) will receive a full refund, minus any administration costs incurred.

  • Cancellations made after 14 days but before work begins will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made after work has commenced are non-refundable, and you will be liable for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

4.2. Masters Solution Ltd reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if the Client breaches these terms, fails to provide necessary information, or delays payment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Project Changes

​

5.1. Any changes to the agreed project scope must be requested in writing.
5.2. Additional costs and revised timelines may apply for changes, variations, or unexpected site conditions.
5.3. The Company is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, third-party contractors, or material shortages.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

​

6.1. The Client must provide all necessary access, approvals, permits, and accurate project information before work begins.
6.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring site safety and compliance with legal requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3. Any delays caused by the Client (e.g., late approvals, restricted access, or failure to provide information) may result in additional charges.

 

7. Liability

7.1. Masters Solution Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  • Delays or failures caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project.
7.3. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All designs, drawings, proposals, and project concepts remain the property of Masters Solution Ltd until full payment is received.
8.2. Upon completion and full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the Client.

 

9. Data Protection & Privacy

​

9.1. Masters Solution Ltd collects and processes Client data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2. Client details will only be used for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9.3. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

​

10.1. Any disputes must first be raised in writing to the Company within 7 days of the issue arising.
10.2. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
10.3. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales under English law.

 

11. General

​

11.1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, with notice provided to Clients.
11.2. If any clause in these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in effect.
11.3. By engaging with Masters Solution Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
